Approach
Sound Beach Home Watch is a service for people who own homes they aren't always in. We exist for the house that's empty on weekdays, the cottage opened only in summer, and the estate kept ready for when the family arrives.
Our work is simple. We show up on a schedule. We walk the property the way an attentive neighbor would — slowly, noticing details. We report back with photographs and plain language. When something needs attention, we coordinate it and keep you informed. When nothing is wrong, we still tell you, because that is also information worth having.
We don't take on more clients than we can reach in a storm. We prefer a short list of properties we know well to a long list we don't.
